RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

At Hitch Couture, we guarantee the quality of our product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.

FLAWS: When ordering, please bear in mind that many items we sell are designs reconstructed from vintage fabrics or garments. There may be slight flaws in the garment you choose, and this should be considered part of the charm of the design.

All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in.

Please email us at info@hitchcouture.com, and obtain a return authorization number prior to returning any item. Returns will not be accepted without a proper return authorization number. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know what you would like in return, whether it be an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you receive the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping.

Please include your invoice with the return.

All returns must be made within 20 days of placing your orders. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 20 day period.
